Our approach

We work using an integrative framework which incorporates a range of therapeutic modalities to meet the needs of our clients.

We believe that therapy is most effective when our clients navigate their own pace and direction in the work.

Our aim

Our aim is to support clients to move forward through the internal and external challenges they are facing.

We focus on increased insight and self awareness of how they relate to themselves, others and the world around them.

How We work

We use a trauma informed approach to Psychotherapy meaning we recognise the impact of experiences that threaten a person's felt sense of safety. We are mindful of this in every aspect of our work with clients. All of our psychotherapists have extensive experience and specialist training in treating trauma

The process starts by making an enquiry either by email, phone or via the website. We aim to respond as quickly as we can usually within 3 working days.

Following this we meet clients for an initial assessment session. This is an opportunity for you to meet with us and get a sense of whether we are the right practice to support you. In this session we will also go through our agreement form for therapy and we will ask you some questions related to your history, experiences and goals for therapy.
